中華電信集團旗下的中華精測（6510）今（23）日以每股360元掛牌上櫃，開盤即以大漲63.9％的590元開出，盤中最高觸及610元，漲幅逼近70％，截至上午10點，股價仍維持在580元之上，維持逾60％漲幅，蜜月行情超甜。成立於2005年的精測，前身為中華電信研究院的高速印刷電路板設計團隊，聚焦於半導體高階測試介面的解決方案，產品包括IC測試板、晶圓測試板及垂直探針卡，提供整合研發、設計、製造、組裝、客服維修及售後服務業務，在美國、日本、中國均有營業據點。精測近3年營運持續躍進，2015年合併營收17.25億元，年增61.99％，毛利率51.63％、營益率29.17％，優於前年的47.61％、22.38％。歸屬業主稅後淨利4.13億元，年增1.09倍，基本每股盈餘14.77元，較前年8.35元大幅躍升。從產品類別來看，精測去年晶圓測試板營收占比72％，IC測試板為19％，技術服務與其他則為9％。法人認為，精測特有的一條龍式經營服務，在研發過程中可隨時因應客戶需求修正調整，競爭力優於同業，營收自2011年以來的年複合成長率高達35％以上。精測在半導體客戶需求增加下，今年2月自結合併營收1.55億元，月減7.15％、年增56.79％，累計1～2月合併營收3.23億元，年增46.07％，維持強勁成長。展望後市，公司預期隨著半導體產業需求成長，可望帶動公司今年前三季營運朝逐季成長目標邁進。精測除了滿足客戶16～28奈米先進製程需求，目前亦與主要客戶合作開發10奈米以下先進製程的晶圓測試方案，今年將積極發展14和16奈米製程測試方案，預期10奈米製程方案至2018年可望有明顯進展。(時報資訊)
